Let's move on to the "Online Education" area.

Online Ed is exclusive to AEA members. Use these programs to earn CECs at home, on your schedule and at your convenience! Simply click on the title of the program you are interested in.

• Download the program from the Print Course.
• Download and complete the Quiz to earn your CECs.
• Quiz, and answer key are downloaded as one file from Print Quiz.
• Download the submission form and send in with all completed quiz materials.

The "Aqua Biz" Section is divided into two areas - "Articles" and "Biz Forms".

"Articles" - Welcome to Aqua Biz Articles & More! This section includes reprints from AEA AKWA Magazine and USA Swimming Flash News. Future items will include specific management related issues to help you manage your facility and career!

 "Biz Forms" - This area of the AEA website is designed exclusively for Directors, Managers, Operators and Owners. 

• Here you can download PDF and or word files to help you manage your facility and employees. 
• Also, marketing tips and more to help you increase participation, memberships, etc will be updated and rotated throughout the year. 
• If there are specific areas you would like to see covered here, please email your ideas to Angie Proctor at angie@aeawave.com.

This section, "Resources", will provide you with additional resources and tools provided by AEA and industry leaders.  This area will include in-depth choreography and / or programming, scheduling notes, etc. to assist you in making your class the best it can be for your students.

We are currently working on this area to find you the BEST information available.  What we plan on including here will be:

• AKWA Magazine cannot always publish full content and recommended resources for authors and you will always find the mentioned detailed information, resources, etc. here!
• Recommended Music and Top Hit Reviews will also be included so you can see what's hot in music and what may and or may not work for your classes!
• Class Formats for Fun and Fitness.  New Ideas in formats and programming to give your students a great workout!
• Aqua Access - Check out these vendors for great deals offered to AEA Members!

"Class Tips" speaks for itself! Quick, short, simplistic ideas offered from industry professionals are easy for any instructor/trainer to add to class formats and or training sessions.

"Research" is such an important field in our ever growing industry.  This section will tell you how to conduct your own your research and have it published, reference list information, reviews on worldwide research findings, and featured researchers!
