Aqua Aerobics Instructor Positions Available!
The YMCA is currently looking for one to two instructors for the Aquatics Programs. Previous experience teaching Aqua Aerobics preferred. Payment is based per class plus a free YMCA Membership. Instructor is paid $14.25 per class. Classes needing instructors are held at:

Mondays, 9:10am-9:55am - Shallow Water
Mondays, 7pm-8pm - Deep Water
Wednesdays, 7pm-8pm - Deep Water

Qualified applicants will have previous Aqua Aerobics or related group exercise experience. Aqua Aerobics instructors work with a variety of ages, but older adults will be the majority of members in the classes. Experience with Aqua Zumba, Group X, Active Older Adults, and Arthritis classes is a plus.

This position is an Independent Contractor position. Instructor receives 70% of the resident fees taken in. Participants pay monthly $65 or a drop in fee for the day of $8. Fees are NOT prorated.
City staff collects fees. Independent Contractor provides music and teaches.
